Coaching Philosophy

I believe that everything we experience is a part of fulfilling our divine purpose. That includes all the suffering and painful emotions we endure in this lifetime. If you are a human, then suffering is guaranteed, and it's universal. Individuals' negative, dark, and heavy emotions and experiences can be used for a meaningful cause. That only occurs when you increase the capacity to recognize and dissect your emotions, feelings, and triggers, otherwise known as emotional intelligence. When unpacking your emotions with self-compassion, you can adequately channel them into suitable sources for better, healthier, and happier outcomes.

"When he begins to reflect upon his condition, and to search diligently for the Law upon which his being is established, he then becomes the wise master, directing his energies with intelligence and fashioning his thoughts to fruitful issues." - James Allen

"Our sufferings do not magically end; instead we are able to wisely alchemically recycle them. They become the abundant waste that we use to make new growth possible... Learning to embrace our suffering is one of the gifts offered by spiritual life and practice." - Bell Hooks

Understanding and knowledge of systems/structures of oppression that contribute to additional suffering may give you a greater understanding of your life experience and empower you to cultivate change. You'll almost always realize that extraordinary individuals use negative emotions & experiences to kickstart the transformation of their lives and the world. To do what they know they are meant to do. To follow your life purpose and path, you must acknowledge that everything you feel and experience is a part of your purpose and use it wisely.  My intention is to use one of the most powerful emotions, rage, to alchemize pain and suffering into growth, prosperity and overall victory for the individual & collective.

Anger is a feared emotion, and rage is condemned. Society has conditioned us to suppress intense and powerful emotions. Anger and rage are often considered the source of acts of violence and are socially unacceptable emotions because they can cause severe disruption. However, a more accurate view of anger and rage is holistic, recognizing the benefits, rewards, and clarity that anger can provide. Anger & rage, like many emotions, work on a spectrum. On one end, you can hurt yourself and others; on the other, you can help yourself and others. Rage is a divine force intended for the necessary destruction of ineffective systems of living. Your anger is valid; it's an alarm that signifies reevaluation, imbalance, and rebirth. Stop fearing anger. Accept and welcome all the new that rage offers you.
